Returns & Refunds Policy

We are a small company, so endeavour to respond as quickly as possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase we offer the following returns policy.

Our books are printed on-demand, by our global printers, so we have the following policy:

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • We accept returns only for defective or damaged items
  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you

In order to process a return 

How to Report an Issue :

you will need to provide the following details  

  • Your order number, 
  • Name and Contact Email details. 
  • We need clear picture of the defective or damaged item.
  • Date or Purchase 

Our printer requires these details , so we will not be able to process any return without all of this. 

Change of Mind:

  • Due to our print-on-demand model, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind
  • All sales are final for non-defective items
  • As a goodwill gesture, we may offer a discount code for a future purchase on a case-by-case basis
